BlackPad: New Tablet PC From RIM For Blackberry Lovers

Since last May we’ve heard hot gossip about RIM will release new tablet products and it seems this is not gossip anymore. Bloomberg has obtained confirmation from a trustworthy source that RIM will release tablet in this November. According to the source, the name of new Blackberry tablet is BlackPad and it has a 9.7 inch screen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and able to sync with a BlackBerry smartphone.

BlackPad also has two cameras (front and back) which means it can be used for video call. But unfortunately, BlackPad has no 3G connection, but users can use mobile internet access from Blackberry smartphone through the bluetooth connection. Blackpad will go on sale in this November with estimated price about $499.

    This looks very exciting to me.The big question is which phone to get ? A Torch 9800 with a qwerty keyboard and 6.0 O/S or a Storm 3-no qwerty k/board.My main reqirements are a decent sized screen for reading emails and web browsing.Looking at Nokia E7 but not impressed with reports that future Symbian versions not available for download ? true or false
