As any other computer company, for the CES 2013, Acer also has prepared some new laptops with Windows 8 operating system since the end of 2012 ago. This time, the laptops that ready to be displayed is an upgrade from the previous generation, not a new type.
Acer Aspire S7
This laptop has super thin plus light body and uses Core i7 processor, but the top side looks “heavy”. Acer Aspire S7 will be priced with a range of $ 1,649. There’s also a touchscreen-based Windows 8 and available with price of $ 529 USD.
Acer Iconia W700
Acer Iconia W700 is probably one of a handful of Core i5-based computer that is already running Windows 8. When the laptop is closed, it will look like a all-in-one computer in mini size.
It feels a bit too expensive in terms of system for Intel Atom-based laptop. This laptop has a function as a tablet too, just take the screen only, voila … you will get a tablet.
