Pipo Max, First Cheap Android Tablet that Uses Quad Core Processor from Rockchip

Today, mobile phones and tablets with cheap price from China are using quad core processors from Mediatek. Now, a new competitor has ready to challenge the existence of the Mediatek quad core processor, the new quad-core processor was came from Rockchip. The first Android tablet that uses a quad-core processor from Rockchip was already ready to go to market, it’s Pipo Max M9 which uses Rockchip RK3188 SoC processor plus ARM Mali 400 GPU.
To demonstrate the capabilities of this tablet, t-kstore also launched the benchmark test results. As the result, Philip Max M9 reaches 18013 in Antutu and 5039 on Quadrant. When compared with a mobile phone on the market, the value is equal to the benchmark / test results of LG Nexus 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note II.
This tablet has a screen size of 10 inch with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel. In addition, this tablet also has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. The tablet is also equipped with dual cameras, WiFi, Bluetooth, microSDHC port and HDMI port. This tablet still has not been officially sold to the market. However, some parties have started to open the pre-order of the tablet and it’s sold with price at range from $280 USD to $300 USD.
